Ribosome binding protein 1抗体 [GT5610]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) HepG2 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Ribosome binding protein 1 antibody [GT5610] (GTX628998) diluted at 1:500.

Ribosome binding protein 1 antibody [GT5610] detects Ribosome binding protein 1 protein at endoplasmic reticulum by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Ribosome binding protein 1 protein stained by Ribosome binding protein 1 antibody [GT5610] (GTX628998) diluted at 1:2000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
