TCF3 / E2A抗体

TCF3 / E2A antibody detects TCF3 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: K562 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: TCF3 protein stained by TCF3 / E2A antibody (GTX110458) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TCF3 / E2A antibody (GTX110458) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
