Thrombin Receptor抗体 [HL6410]

Thrombin Receptor antibody [HL6410] detects Thrombin Receptor protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: NCI-H929 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: Thrombin Receptor stained by Thrombin Receptor antibody [HL6410] (GTX648855) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Thrombin Receptor antibody [HL6410] (GTX648855) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Thrombin Receptor antibody [HL6410] (GTX648855) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
