Thrombospondin 2抗体 [GT147]

Thrombospondin 2 antibody [GT147] detects Thrombospondin 2 protein at cell membrane and cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human pancreas (left) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (middle and right).
Thrombospondin 2 stained by Thrombospondin 2 antibody [GT147] (GTX635393) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

AsPC1 whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Thrombospondin 2 antibody [GT147] (GTX635393) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
