Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) Envelope抗体 [HL4033]

A549 cells were infected with TBEV (MOI:1) for 24 hours. Then cells were fixed in 4 % formaldehyde and permeabilized using PBS containing 0.5 % Triton X-100 and 20 mM glycine. Thereafter cells were blocked in 2% BSA in PBS for 30 minutes and stained using rabbit monoclonal antibodies directed against TBEV E (GTX642364, 1:1000) and secondary donkey anti-rabbit alexa-555 (Invitrogen, A31572, 1:1000). Images were acquired using a BioTek Cytation 5 Cell Imaging Multimode Reader (Agilent) with a 20x objective.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) Envelope antibody [HL4033] (GTX642364) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
