TrkC抗体

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TrkC antibody (GTX107385) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

TrkC antibody detects TrkC protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SKNSH cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: TrkC protein stained by TrkC antibody (GTX107385) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
