USP7抗体 [GT481]

USP7 antibody [GT481] detects USP7 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: USP7 stained by USP7 antibody [GT481] (GTX631108) diluted at 1:500.
Red: beta Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by beta Tubulin antibody (GTX101279) diluted at 1:1000.

Immunoprecipitation of USP7 protein from HepG2 whole cell extracts using 5 μg of USP7 antibody [GT481] (GTX631108).
Western blot analysis was performed using USP7 antibody [GT481] (GTX631108).
EasyBlot anti-Mouse IgG (GTX221667-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with USP7 antibody [GT481] (GTX631108) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
