ViroMAX Enterovirus 71 VP1 Sandwich ELISA 试剂盒

The ViroMAX™ Enterovirus 71 VPl Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Enterovirus 71 (EV71) VPl in samples. EV71 VPl is a capsid protein that plays an important role in viral infectivity and is a major target for diagnostic assay and vaccine development. A rabbit monoclonal anti-VPl capture antibody is immobilized in the plate wells. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells, allowing VPl to bind to the capture antibody. After washing away unbound substances, an HRP-conjugated rabbit monoclonal antibody is added to detect the captured VPl. Following another series of washes, TMB substrate is added for color development. The Stop Solution is then applied, which changes the color from blue to yellow. The absorbance is measured at 450 nm, and the concentration of VPl in the sample is determined by comparison with the standard curve.
