Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein抗体 [GT341]

Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein antibody [GT341] detects Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein stained by Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein antibody [GT341] (GTX645370) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein antibody [GT341] (GTX645370) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Yellow fever viral lysate (0.1 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein antibody [GT341] (GTX645370) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
