Zika virus Envelope protein抗体 [GT314]

Sandwich ELISA detection of non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts using antibodies as below.

Capture: Zika virus Envelope protein antibody [HL1699] (GTX637298) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: Zika virus Envelope protein antibody [GT314] (GTX645189) (1 μg/mL)

Non-infected and infected BHK-21 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus Envelope protein antibody [GT314] (GTX645189) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
