Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with pro-EGF antibody [N3C1], Internal (GTX111099) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
